I guess messing with the pop machine is more important than customers. Especially when they seen my husband come in. The manager is no better. Just sticks up for employee. Yes.... Because that machine was so much more important than his repeat business. Then just shrug it off. No wonder you can't get higher then a 2.7 rating. The employees don't even know what's in certain items on the menu. Just says "I don't know ". What kind of place are you running here. I'm just passing through & stuck in the hospital... Which by the way is how people should be treated ,go to the hospital & be treated right.
Slower than a snail's pace is about the only saying I can use to describe these people. The cashier left the register for more than 5 minutes to pack orders up. She yelled at a customer who was visibly hearing impaired and was wearing noticeable hearing aides. The cashier said 4 people called in sick, which is a slight reason for the delays, but the yelling and dirty looks warrant 1 star regardless. As stressed as you may be, in the service industry, you MUST continue to treat the customer respectfully and in a courteous manner. The franchisee of this location needs to support their staff better. The restaurant is dirty. The food is burnt. The amount of filth here is not just from one or two days of not being cleaned. It is aggregate filth that has built up due to continued neglect. Multiple light bulbs burnt out. Spills throughout the dining area on booths and tables. Ketchup dispensers that are empty with sticky encrusted buildup on the dispenser handles and nozzles. Absolutely disgusting, and the bathrooms are filthy too. Dust and debris buildup can be seen on the wall behind the sinks under the mirrors.
Absolutely would not go back literally took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get my food, (at a McDonald's Wow) and of course the food was old and nasty I only wish I could give 0 stars this is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I know you must be thinking why would you wait that long but it became more of I wonder just how long it would possibly take.
Waited in a long line inside for 10 minutes on Sunday night at 7:30. We asked about the types of salads, since only the Southwest salad was on the menu. The person taking orders said they had a Ranch salad. We asked what was on it, since gluten is an issue. She said she didn't know. We asked what was on the Southwest salad and got the same response. She didn't even offer to ask someone. Seemed upset that they were so busy. It was NASCAR race weekend in Kansas City, so lots of people stop here on the way back to Iowa. Never again. MANAGERS/OWNERS-READ THESE REVIEWS AND PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO IMPROVE!!!
Heard that the new owners are forbidding their employees from wishing customers a Merry Christmas, to avoid offending anyone. So please don't feel offended if the employees fail to return your holiday cheer, it's not their fault.
