Brought 27 kids from a church camp. The worst fast food restaurant I have ever seen. Literally the slowest employees. Got most of the orders wrong. Employees were confused and angry. I told two employees there was no ice in the soda machine. Said they were too busy to fill it. Never got ice. I've brought my bus into many unannounced fast food restaurants and happy to see employees hustle. The best is Culvers. These Taco Bell employees absolutely had one speed...0. I will never go back to this restaurant.
This is an excellent example of how not to run a restaurant. I've been here about 6 times over the last 3 years. I only come here now to see how bad it is. It's good for a show every time. Our meal (directly from the menu, nothing special) took 24 minutes to prepare. Every single table was dirty. One other table was occupied, but the staff members did not step from behind the counter, even once.
As we've been sitting in this drive three for nearly 20 minutes I can't help but wonder just what in the he'll they are doing in there. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
One star was too much. Waited forever and then when the food started coming the lady yelled at my husband and was really nasty telling him it was Taco Bell only. That was very uncalled for and unprofessional. Horrible customer service. The guy who ordered well after us walked up and took the food not even checking the order. Come to find out he took our order and didn't bring it back when they knew it wasn't their food. They ate quick and left. The lady behind the counter got nasty again and said "Well I have to make the order again." That's not our fault when they didn't even call a name just said that an order was ready. Ours had a name written on the top and the receipt was still sitting on the counter. I came back to our table which was right across from the guy who grabbed our order and he and his son were picking things off all the food and just eating it so you can tell the order was wrong. As they were remaking our order the lady said they were out of legs now so our order going to the other guy messed up our order. Then when we got the food the chicken crust was dark brown and nasty. The nacho had so much salt on them they were completely uneatable. The lobby was filthy. We are so done with this place. I would not suggest this place to anyone.
Horrible took 25 minutes to get 3 cars through. Food was terrible screwed the order up. Waste of money and time. Would never be open if it wasn't for the interstate exit. Wish there was a way for negative stars
