1 star is about 17 stars too many.....took forever and a day....worst excuse for fast food I've ever been to.
It is the slowest DQ I've ever been to for the past several years. It's a halfway point for me in my travels. Once again I pulled out of line without ordering. No one seems to care that they are extremely slow with poor customer service.
Nice people but their hands are tied by some dumb management decisions. For example, I tried to order a chocolate cherry Blizzard the and was told that they no longer carry cherries. This is unique to this location, sincerely I ordered one yesterday also tried to get coffee, but was told coffee is only served in the morning, so I went to McDonald's instead and got their version of the blizzard and coffee. I hate it to do that but I want what I want right. .............. The radio station music is really, really, really loud and mainly plays iHeart commercials. Summary: Not loving thisI Dairy Queen location. They have cool people. The management has made some bad decisions.
Great place, friendly service, fairly quick service as well. Only giving 4 stars cause they forgot my sundae and I didn't realize it wasn't in my bag till I was back on the road.
We stopped by the Bethany DQ on our way home from Table Rock Lake in July. We noticed they were offering "Happy Hour" pricing until 5 PM on some items. We arrived at 4:30 PM. When I ordered the items advertised at happy hour prices, the drive thru attendant indicated that they could not honor the reduced prices because their clock inside was fast and showed that it was after 5 PM. She said the cash register would not allow her to enter the special pricing. Again, It was only 4:30. I contacted the Area Manager, Jessica White, right after we left the store to report the situation. She confirmed that it was only 4:35 at the time I called her and was shocked that the workers would not honor the special pricing when I was there at 4:30. She offered to send me a gift card due to the inconvenience. She took my name and address but to this date, I have never received anything. I'm less concerned about the gift card but can't believe the workers would be so dishonest about the special pricing and that the area manager, Jessica White, would not follow thru on what she said. We will avoid this DQ on future trips to Missouri.
