In April 2012 we left our Jack Russells to be boarded for a week. Upon our return a week later we were informed one of them got loose while being walked. He was later found dead in the middle of the road. I never thought we would ever leave our animals with them again. We tried to come to terms with the loss of our pet and gave this place the benefit of the doubt. We left our Jack Russells with them again this month (Dec 2012) and upon our return home a week later we were told that another one of our dogs was missing and could not be found. She was also out being walked when the part-time Vet let go of her leash. This is two dogs we have now lost in the past 8 months due to the incompetence of this place. I don't care what anyone else says or how good they claim this place is. Bottom line is we have left our pets in their care and both times have ended up losing them. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS WITH THIS PLACE!!
